Job Requirements

Minimum Education
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience
• Computer experience in a business setting.
• One (1) year customer service experience in an office setting, or equivalent education.

Required Skills
• Typing 40 wpm, preferred.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
