Job Description
SOVAH Health - DanvillePerforms technical and clerical functions in one or more sections of the laboratory. Performs phlebotomy and receives, prepares, processes patient samples prior to analysis. Handles telephone inquiries, performs computer and billing functions.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including week-ends and holidays to insure appropriateness and continuity of care for the patients of Sovah Health Danville.
