Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg
This position supports up to 80 clinics within Southern Tennessee Regional Health System, Highpoint Health System and Starr Regional Medical Center Health System. The role works directly with leadership to address quality improvement initiatives as it relates to clinic performance and acts as a consultant to clinical teams to ensure we provide the appropriate tools to meet quality expectations.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

•Bachelor of Art (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS)

-or-

•5 continuous years of experience in healthcare -or- •Health plan quality management, quality improvement or project management

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
•Strong experience in Excel functions, PowerPoint presentation developing, including graph/chart functions within these programs.

Required Education
• Current and active LPN Licensure for the State of Tennessee is the minimum level of licensure required.
• Current and active RN Licensure for the State of Tennessee is the preferred level of licensure.
