Job Summary

Responsible for auditing the flow and performance of billing and processes

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Problem invoice resolution
  • Daily maintenance of internal freight bill audit functions
  • Coordinate with Managed Transportation personnel and carriers to resolve invoicing irregularities
  • Support daily process and weekly uploads
  • Managed processes audits and cycle checks
  • Manage the information flow between operations, freight audit and tariff administration
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Assist in testing and development of process improvements

Languages and Communication Skills

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

Other Skills/Experience

  • Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.
