Job Description
Watertown Regional Medical CenterWatertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a full time, Nigh Shift RN in the Clinical Resource Center (CRC) / Pool. This Staff RN position is responsible for providing total nursing care of patients within assigned patient care unit. The CRC Nurse position will function within various nursing units, according to both scheduling and staffing needs. This position carries out these responsibilities independently with the guidance of accepted nursing and department practice as well as directed by medical staff. Departments can include: Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, and OB/GYN. Strong culture, clost to home, Top 100 Hospital, and an excellent Nursing leadership team.
Full time, NOCs, 12 hour shifts, weekend rotation. $15,000 Sign-on bonus available for a limited time.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Associate's Degree Nursing. Bachelor's preferred.
Licensed by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
BLS healthcare provider required.
ACLS Certification required for CRC RN’s working in the critical care areas.
2 years Medical/Surgical/Critical care nursing experience, preferred.
