Job Description
Havasu Regional Medical CenterProvides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
X Associate’s degree Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or higher level certification (ACLS)
X Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within 6 months of hire
X STABLE certification perferred
Competencies:
Electric Fetal Monitoring within 6 months of hire and every two years thereafter.
Required Skills
Licenses:
AZ RN License or compact RN license required on hire
