With 5 different homes an RN has the ability to positively impact the lives of Elders through supporting the CNA’s who provide the direct Elder care and positively impacting the lives of Elders through application of critical thinking skills. This unique environment enables nurses to provide the highest quality patient care. Hone your physical assessment skills even further through providing direct care to Elders by using the nursing process within the scope and standards of practice in our long-term care unit. Because nurses lead the team of care, interested candidates must possess exemplary customer service fitting of our high standards and environment of care.
