Providence Health is looking for a RN to join our Outpatient Wound Care Clinic. The Wound Care Clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. The ideal candidate will have previous wound care experience.

• Consistent hours – Office hours are 8 am – 4 pm
• No Weekends
• No Call
• No Holidays

Essential Functions

• Provide direct care for patients in the Wound Care Clinic setting including holistic assessment, comprehensive wound evaluations and preparation of patient for medical care.
• Collaborates with physician and other team members to initiate plan of care to promote healing of chronic wounds.
• Works closely with home health agencies to ensure continuity of care for the wound care patient.
• Must have a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced outpatient area.
