Job Description
SOVAH Health - MartinsvilleExamines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing. Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient. Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.

Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Program, with an A.A.S. degree, or Certification of Graduation.

Licenses: Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Certification by the American Heart Association in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Basic Life Support. Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT).
