Position Summary:

The Retail & E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and managing sales activities for Automotive Aftermarket lighting products to ecommerce and brick/mortar retail customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico; including Amazon and other accounts as assigned. Responsible for managing the profitability of products and sales within these markets. Implementation and evaluation of all product line sales objectives, strategies and tactics. Formulate and carry out all organizational policies and programs related to the company’s strategic growth plan.

What You Will Do:

• Establish strategic account plans to create tactics which will ensure growth of key markets/customers.

• Sell products, determine customer needs for existing and potential products.

• Negotiate acceptable terms: pricing, packaging, quantity, delivery, and other conditions of sale.

• Manage information and communicate with customers and associates on a regular basis. Perform strategic sales presentations, new product introductions, category reviews, product training and reports to management.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales while maintaining margin thresholds.

• Advance productive business relationships at all levels. Effectively involve others to maximize the team’s performance.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

  • 3+ years Automotive Aftermarket sales experience 
  • 1+ years of experience consulting/managing Amazon accounts required
  • Significant experience analyzing multiple data points to make solid recommendations to improve business results.
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office Suite
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and create win-win solutions.
  • History of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills, including but not limited to public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly to solve problems along with the ability to learn from mistakes or missteps.

  • Bachelor's

  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, AMS Advertising, etc., a plus
