Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice for Interventional nursing care.
Reports to: Director Diagnostic Services
Job Requirements
Minimum EducationAssociate’s degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing - Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved American Heart Association training center required within 90 days of employment.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved American Heart Association training center required within 90 days of employment
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from approved American Heart Association training center preferred
Required Skills
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure – Required
Minimum Work Experience
One (1) year critical care or emergency nurse experience
