Job Description
Valley View Medical CenterThe Surgical RN promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing care for patients requiring an invasive procedure based upon age specific and cultural needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education:
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
Preferred Education:
BSN
Required Skills
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Licensures/Certifications:
Arizona RN License or Compact State License
ACLS
PALS
Preferred Certifications:
ASPAN
Must Complete Within 90 Days of Hire:
