Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who are into sales & business development of automotive products.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Sales Manager to take responsibility for sales & business development of automotive lamps & accessories.  

In this role, you will drive secondary of distributors & ensure the product penetration across territory to achieve assigned primary targets.

What You Will Do:

  1. Drive sales & grow market share in the aftermarket channel ensuring the primary objective of assigned sales target is achieved.
  2. Drive & develop OES accounts.
  3. Develop and execute network expansion plan in the state as per potential.
  4. Channel development by maintain existing distributors and appointing new distributors in untapped markets.
  5. Forecasting and sales tracking of the area.
  6. Monitoring secondary sales.
  7. Identify new opportunities for growth.
  8. Carrying out BTL activations like Retailer Meet/Mechanic Meet/Roadshows/Visibility drives in the market.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

  1. A degree graduate.
  2. At least 5 years in sales & business development.
  3. Preferably from automotive industry (lubricants, tyres, batteries, bearings, lightings).
  4. Proficient of sales channel.
  5. Knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Words & Outlook
  6. Able to handle super stockiest operation with the help of long arm sales man.

Education (Minimum Level)

  • Bachelor's

Field of Study

  • Engineering, Science or related field.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

  • 5 - 7 years
