This position will be responsible for communications, filing, bookkeeping, organization, payroll, attendance, ordering supplies, and tracking of meetings and messages. The secretary will be responsible for maintaining a professional office environment while meeting deadlines, and maintaining supplies and statistics.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform all clerical duties, use office equipment, maintain time and attendance system and process food transfers. Other assigned duties as requested by Department Director.
