PortagePointe is a beautiful Eden Alternative home for 60 Elders from our community. There are 5 different homes where CNA’s have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes, providing encouragement for each Elder to reach their maximum functional ability. Because Elder Associates (CNA) at PortagePointe play a vital role in the lives of our Elders, CNA candidates we require exemplary customer service fitting of our high standards and environment of care. An Elder Associate feels good at the end of the day knowing the work they’ve done is appreciated by the team and Elders because they put our patients at ease.
