Job Description

Provide leadership and expertise for the network infrastructure Support, administration and installations/upgrades of network hardware and software.
Support, administration and installations of firewall hardware and software.
Troubleshooting network and firewall problems.
Contacting and dealing with external suppliers (e.g. logging support calls, working
with network consultants/Vendors).
Knowledge & Experience:-
* Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SDWAN design and implementation.
* Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general
  network management best practices.
* Work experience on cisco router/firewall/switches, Forigate Firewall, Netscaler load balancer.
* Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
* Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
* Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
* Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
* Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required
* Using the central document repository, to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice.
* Undertake and manage in depth troubleshooting activities and plan customer facing
  activities under guidance
* Investigate and help resolve issues on customer’s network and IT estates using agreed
  troubleshooting methodologies
