Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Capabilities in office machines; able to meet deadlines; excellent communication skills; pleasant personality, appropriate telephone etiquette; previous receptionist and/or hospital experience preferred. Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant manner at all time.
