Job Description


Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for talent development, performance management, employee experience, diversity & inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and functions. The HRBP will assess, develop, and execute HR strategies that result in the improvement of the organization’s performance, seeking to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP brings creative and innovative solutions to business objectives and needs.


  • Leverages deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the right skills and capabilities and build a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business objectives
  • Provides guidance and input on succession planning, workforce planning, and business unit restructures
  • Facilitates HR-related operating mechanisms, including talent reviews and the employee engagement survey process
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to understand root cause, to develop sustainable, long-term solutions, programs, and policies
  • Represents HR and employee impact in all program activities; support project momentum while minimizing business interruption
  • Works closely with Centers of Excellence to deliver services and solutions to management and employees
  • Drives improvement in key employee performance metrics, including employee development which includes training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develops and implements diversity & inclusion strategies in partnership with HR and company leaders as it relates to recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention
  • Establishes mission, governance, budget, and oversight for all diversity & inclusion programs
  • Delivers consulting and coaching to leaders to optimize workforce capabilities
  • Leads leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for the employee experience and diversity & inclusion programs across the business
  • Provides performance management guidance to management (i.e. coaching, counseling, career development)
  • Partners with management to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Creates a great employee experience during the employee lifecycle, through employee experience mapping
  • Develop and execute an employee recognition program strategy
  • Leverages industry leading practices wherever possible
  • Other duties as assigned








Education:  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements -Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs.

Travel – Available to occasionally travel when necessary, during weekends.
