We are seeking to add 30 Customer Service Representatives (we call them Enrollment Representatives) in the next two months as a result of our recent success and growth. As an Enrollment Representative, you will help students achieve their dreams of furthering their education. You will do this by interacting and building rapport with a high volume of potential students via phone, email, chat and / or other communication channels to assist them in securing their enrollment.

Specifically, you will…

•       Discover their education and / or career objectives and advise them on the various aspects of our enrollment process

•       Introduce and familiarize them with proprietary resources / tools that will aid them in making sound decisions and prepare them for success

•       Provide timely and accurate information, advising and guiding potential students regarding educational programs and financial options

•       Set clear expectations regarding program expectations and requirements while helping them identify available options to develop a personalized plan for success

Ideally, here’s what you bring to the table:

•       High school diploma or GED

•       Customer Service experience

•       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•       Computer literate with an ability to learn proprietary software applications

•       Bonus points if you have a bachelor’s degree; counseling / career planning / coaching / enrollment / financial aid experience; general knowledge of the higher education industry; and / or previous call / contact center experience
