Spring View HospitalThe Wound Care Nurse Manager is responsible for ongoing management and growth of the program. The Wound Care Nurse Manager oversees day-to-day program operations and is responsible for: revenue, cost management, reimbursement, quality management, performance improvement and marketing and community engagement in conjunction with the hospital Growth and Outreach Director.
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse with a current license, Wound Care Certification preferred. Medical
Surgical, home health, or wound care, also preferred. Maintains and demonstrates
Competency in BLS (Basic Life Support), infections control, safety and all unit required skill review. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of related experience preferred. Marketing experience preferred. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as web based database programs and the Internet.
