Job Description

The Program and Contracts Manager, SLED will be responsible for the monitoring, tracking and coordination of SLED sales and business operations within a defined SLED sales portfolio.  This person will be responsible for enabling, organizing and coordinating activities between sales and business operation functions within the SLED portfolio, including Sales, Inside Sales, Government Contracts, Finance, and SLED Reporting and Collections.  This is an administrative position that shall “cross lines” to help coordinate activities that enable sales and promote compliance within the SLED portfolio.  This position would not have official contract/signature authority and would report directly to the SLED sales director.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLED RFP and proposal planning and tracking,
  • Support and help to manage timely and accurate bids,
  • Track contract expirations and renewals,
  • Coordinate and obtain timely contract team reviews and signature,
  • Maintain overall data management and support within the SLED portfolio,
  • Act as the administrative program interface for SLED business with its external customers (for items like the submission of monthly reports and deliverables), 
  • Assist Sales Lead in coordinating and chairing project status meetings with the customer and any vendors/partners,
  • Provide project coordination support to the Sales team by proactive planning, completion and tracking of all contract deliverable submissions to the customer
  • Develop and maintain project/contract dashboard to communicate current contract orders with task progress, project inventories, vendor and Presidio invoicing status
  • Work closely with Sales Operations team to monitor orders on a daily basis,
  • Validate project set up to ensure proper revenue recognition and invoicing
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Finance to coordinate and support SLED collections and closeout activities,
  • Support, interface, and share data with the Presidio SLED Fee Reporting Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting,
  • Track orders submitted and create reports for sales, customers and/or logistics/purchasing,
  • Assist in administering and tracking equipment and maintenance orders, and interface with Inside Sales and Logistics to provide order status, delivery, and tracking detail daily,
  • Support audits relating to product inventory,
  • Interface with Sales and Service Operations to ensure appropriate order linking, resource assignments, and sub services set up,
  • Assist Service Operations with sub service modifications,
  • Interface with internal teams to review vendor backlog for open purchase orders and request invoices as requested,
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned,
  • Provide excellent customer service on all requests 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of administrative experience/sales experience 
  • Expert level MS Excel skills

  • Finance and/or contracts experience preferred
