NNRH is looking for a highly motivated individual to join Physician Practices as a full-time Administrative Assistant. Under the direction of the Physician Practices Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical and secretarial functions required in effective implementation of administrative responsibilities, and work as an MA in the clinics at times. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Job Requirements

Education: Post high school training preferred and/or specialized training.

Experience: Three to six years minimum experience required in a similar assistant position, and 2+ years as an MA.

Other Requirements: Excellent customer service skills.  Typing and grammatical skills.  Demonstrates attitude of cooperation and professionalism. Ability to work flexible schedule as projects demand with frequent interruptions. Proficient at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Internet, business communication formulation and operation of basic office equipment.
