Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Work on implementation of tools and processes to strategically support adoption of changes, updates, or enhancements of OneMain Technology hardware or software
  • Support Technology Development Analysts and Manager with conducting impact analyses, identifying key stakeholders of change, potential resistance, and potential development change champions and advocates to support implementation
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness for changes, updates, or enhancements
  • Support design, development, delivery, and management of communication of changes, updates, or enhancements of OneMain Technology hardware or software; engage and work closely with OneMain Corporate Communications team for delivery of broad Organizational and Enterprise communication and messaging
  • Provide input, content, and requirements for training and development; engage and work closely with the Central and Corporate training teams to support to design and delivery of Technology development training
  • Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Support individual users with basic issues, incidents, or outages with Technology changes, updates, or enhancements
  • Compile and communicate user and stakeholder feedback, common data points, issues, incidents, or behaviors for improvement
  • Define, measure, and build visual reporting of success metrics, monitoring the change progress

Skills and Qualifications –

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the Enterprise
  • Customer focused; desire to support others through change and to successful implementation of Technology initiatives
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate a message to a variety of audiences
  • A solid understanding of how to support internal customers through change
  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to be successful in different situations and scenarios
  • Ability to positively influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning, strategy, and process development
  • Team player that can successfully collaborate with others
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Business Management is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience leading, organizing, or implementation of strategies, new processes or new procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
