Performs a wide range of housekeeping tasks and projects, including the cleaning of patient rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, offices, and clinical areas. Operation of specified small equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, upholstery shampooers, extractors, and others, is required. Where patient/family contact is involved, demonstrates knowledge, skills and behavior, appropriate to the age of the patient population served. This could range from neonate through geriatric.
Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate with others.
Housekeeping experience preferred.
